Pay is based on experience

Duties

- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
- Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, doors, windows, and other building components
- Assist with preventative maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of equipment and infrastructure
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management to resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe for colleagues and visitors




- Support emergency repairs or troubleshooting during after-hours or urgent situations as needed

Experience

- Proven experience in general maintenance or repair roles within commercial or residential settings
- Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC maintenance, carpentry, and building safety standards
- Ability to read technical manuals and follow safety procedures diligently
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward identifying issues before they escalate
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report on maintenance activities
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces
- Certifications such as HVAC license, electrical certification, or plumbing license are a plus but not mandatory
