We are seeking an organized, proactive, and versatile Office Manager to help lead our operations into our digital era while keeping the office running smoothly and support growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces for painting through abrasive blasting, power tooling, sanding, grinding, washing, and other approved methods.
- Inspect surfaces and identify areas requiring additional preparation or repair.
- Mix and apply industrial coatings according to manufacturer specifications and project requirements.
- Apply coatings using airless spray, conventional spray, brushes, and rollers.
- Maintain proper coating thickness, coverage, finish, and appearance.
- Monitor environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and dew point before and during coating application.
- Perform wet and dry film thickness measurements as required.
- Follow coating specifications, technical data sheets, and job-specific procedures.
- Protect surrounding equipment and surfaces from overspray and contamination.
- Clean and maintain spray equipment, tools, and work areas.
- Identify coating defects and complete required touch-ups or corrective work.
- Complete required production, inspection, and quality-control documentation.
- Follow all company, customer, and regulatory safety requirements.
- Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE), respiratory protection, fall protection, and other safety equipment as required.
- Work safely from ladders, scaffolds, lifts, and other elevated work platforms.
- Assist with general shop and job-site duties as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.

Qualifications





- Previous industrial painting experience is preferred.
- Experience with airless and conventional spray equipment.
- Knowledge of industrial coatings and surface-preparation methods.
- Ability to read and follow coating specifications and technical data sheets.
- Ability to accurately measure and maintain coating thickness.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically capable of lifting, climbing, standing, bending, and working in various positions for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in shop, industrial, and outdoor environments.
- Valid driver's licence is an asset.
- Safety training, WHMIS, fall protection, confined-space, or other relevant certifications are an asset.

Working Conditions

The Industrial Painter may work in industrial shops, construction sites, customer facilities, and outdoor environments. The position may involve exposure to dust, paint fumes, solvents, noise, varying temperatures, heights, and other industrial hazards. Appropriate PPE and safety procedures must be followed at all times.
