Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their vehicle wash needs in a lively, skilled manner
- Operate various car wash equipment safely and efficiently to deliver high-quality cleaning results
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are organized and functioning properly
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Assist with minor maintenance or troubleshooting of car wash machinery as needed
Experience
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and kneeling
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure every vehicle is spotless and meets quality standards
- Effective communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members
