What You'll Be Doing
- Running skid steers, front-end loaders, and excavators on road construction and paving projects around Calgary
- Working alongside a crew to keep jobs moving efficiently and on schedule
- Doing daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Following safety protocols and hitting project specs
- Keeping communication tight with your crew and supervisor
What We're Looking For
- Experience operating heavy equipment (skid steer, loader, excavator) — paving or road construction experience is a solid plus
- Comfortable working outdoors in physically demanding conditions
- Safety-first mindset — you catch problems before they become issues
- Reliable, shows up, works well with a team
