Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Manager of Guest Experience to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for every guest. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed, valued, and satisfied. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for retail management, and a commitment to fostering a positive setting that promotes teamwork, sales growth, and outstanding service standards.

Duties

- Supervise and motivate team members to deliver top-tier guest experiences consistently across all shifts
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing staff to enhance their skills and performance in guest engagement
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and effective problem-solving skills
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost sales and enhance the store’s visibility within the community
- Support store management with budgeting, sales management,



and organizational tasks to meet business goals

Requirements

- Proven supervising or team management experience within retail or hospitality environments
- Strong communication skills in multiple languages preferred; bilingual abilities highly valued
- Demonstrated expertise in guest service, and providing exceptional hospitality
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Experience with recruiting, training & development, and administrative tasks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team motivation
