Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender & Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, providing exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and handle cash transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and providing recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.




- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and effectively.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting 3 years.
- Wine knowledge is a must
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and drink preparation calculations.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices within the food service industry.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced workplace.
