Responsibilities

- Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas.
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure effective sanitation while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness of gym, offices, hallways, lobby, and other designated spaces throughout the facility.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times.
- Follow established procedures for waste disposal and hazardous material handling to promote environmental safety.




- Collaborate with team members to complete deep cleaning projects and special sanitation tasks as needed.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution and continuous facility safety.

Qualifications

- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and floor scrubbers safely and effectively.
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is advantageous.
