Role Overview

We are seeking a driven, patient-focused Chiropractor who is comfortable operating in a structured, performance-oriented clinical environment.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care

- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver chiropractic adjustments and related therapies
- Manage a caseload of MSK, spine, and rehab-focused patients
- Integrate with physiotherapy and rehab programs where appropriate, essentially in our clinic the Chiropractor is the gateway into the clinic.

Patient Experience & Retention

- Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and expectations
- Participate in report of findings (ROF)



and progress reviews
- Support patient retention through outcome-based care

Collaboration

- Work closely with physiotherapists, RMTs, and clinic leadership
- Contribute to a team-based care model focused on results

Growth & Contribution

- Support clinic growth through patient engagement and professional conduct
- Open to participating in internal systems, protocols, and performance tracking

Qualifications

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO)
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Interest in rehabilitation, performance care, and multidisciplinary integration
- Comfortable working in a structured, growth-focused clinic

Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

Experience:

- Chiropractic: 2 years (preferred)
