Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, energetic, and outgoing Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team for a fulltime term position with potential for permanent employment. Job is monday to friday 8am-4pm.

Duties

- Develop and bring forward fresh and creative ideas for employment recruitment
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding, and training ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications
- Assist with candidate selections and recommendations
- Ensure documentation is accurate and complete
- Provide a professional and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Work closely with the team to identify staffing needs

Requirements

- A recent graduate from a recognized post-secondary program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
- Professional,



friendly, energetic and outgoing
- Detail oriented with solid organizational skills
- Comfortable communicating with people from a variety of backgrounds
- Confident conducting interviews and interacting with prospective employees
- Creative and willing to explore new recruitment ideas and strategies
- Able to work independently while also being an effective team member
- Proficient with standard computer applications and administrative tasks

Pay: $3,680.00-$4,160.00 per month
