Project Manager – Disaster Recovery & Restoration

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial property restoration projects from initial assignment through completion.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced emergency restoration environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage restoration projects involving water, fire, smoke, mould, biohazard and other property damage.
- Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, materials and equipment.
- Conduct site visits and assist with project scopes, estimates and schedules.
- Communicate regularly with customers, insurance adjusters, property managers and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, costs, timelines and quality.
- Identify scope changes and obtain required approvals.
- Maintain accurate project notes, photos, reports and supporting documentation.
- Review files for completeness before invoicing.
- Help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and within budget.
- Provide professional support to customers throughout the restoration process.

Qualifications

- Project management experience in restoration, construction, insurance claims or a related field is preferred.




- Knowledge of water, fire, mould and property restoration is an asset.
- Experience working with insurance adjusters and property managers is an asset.
- Estimating experience is preferred. Use of Xactimate program definite asset.
- Solid communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple active projects and changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation.
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to job sites.

Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
