Biagio's Kitchen is looking for an experienced, friendly, and dependable server to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate enjoys providing attentive service and works confidently in a busy restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

· Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to every guest

· Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system

· Serve meals and beverages efficiently while monitoring guest satisfaction

· Process guest payments accurately

· Complete opening, closing, and assigned side duties

· Maintain a clean and organized dining room and service area

· Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams

· Assist with private events and functions when required

Qualifications

· Previous restaurant serving experience is required

· Valid Ontario Smart Serve certification





· Robust communication and customer-service skills

· Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

· Available for evening and weekend shifts

· Knowledge of Italian food and wine is an asset

Schedule

· Approximately 2-3 shifts per week

· Most shifts are evenings

· Weekend availability is required

· Additional shifts may be available for private events and busy periods
