General Labour – Manufacturing

Location: Milton, ON
Pay Rate: $25.00/hr, Paid weekly
Shift: 7:00AM – 5/6:00 PM, 10-hour shifts, 7 days per week

Canadian Executive Search Group (CES) is currently seeking General Labour Associates to support operations within a fast-paced industrial environment located in the Milton area. This is a great opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals looking for steady work in an industrial setting and a quick start.

Responsibilities:

- Performing general labour duties in an industrial environment
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials as required
- Assisting with production and operational tasks
- Maintaining a safe and clean work setting
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
- Supporting team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements:

- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or general labour experience is an asset
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance and punctuality




- CSA-approved safety footwear required
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts
- Availability to work a 7-day-per-week operation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
