We are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team and develop new business in the construction industry.

The Role

This is a field-based sales position.

Your main responsibility is to get out into the market, visit construction sites, meet contractors and builders, introduce our products and pricing, and develop long-term customer relationships.

You will not need to manage the fabrication or installation process yourself. Our internal team handles production, scheduling, and installation, allowing you to focus on what you do best ,finding customers and close the deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit construction sites regularly to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Meet with general contractors, builders, developers, renovators, kitchen companies, and other industry professionals
- Introduce our stone products, fabrication capabilities, and competitive pricing
- Generate new leads and develop them into long-term customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and construction professionals
- Follow up with potential and existing customers




- Identify upcoming projects and sales opportunities
- Work closely with our internal team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to production and installation
- Represent the company professionally in the field
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Compensation

- Base Salary: $1,500/month
- Vehicle & Fuel Allowance: $500/month
- Commission: 10% on sales
- Uncapped earning potential

Your income grows with your sales performance.

Experience & Qualifications

Experience in any of the following industries is an asset:

- Construction
- Countertops / Stone
- Cabinetry / Kitchens
- Building Materials
- Flooring
- Renovation
- Real Estate Development
- General Contracting

Existing relationships with builders, contractors, developers, kitchen companies, or construction professionals are a strong asset.

A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.
