Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, inventory control, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead and motivate pharmacy staff to deliver outstanding patient care while maintaining a positive team environment.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy plans for patients in acute care settings.




- Ensure accurate medication administration by verifying prescriptions, reviewing medical terminology, and adhering to safety protocols..

Qualifications

- Licensed Pharmacist in Ontario
- Proven experience working in Retail pharmacy .
- Prior leadership experience managing pharmacy teams or departments is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Working independently with strong organizational skills with attention to details in managing medication inventories and documentation.
