Butcher & Meat Cutter!
Located in Knightville, NB, we are a second-generation, family-run operation with deep European roots and German traditions. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our licensed abattoir and processing facility.
Position Overview:
- Hours: Full time (40 hours/week), competitive salary based on experience
- Key Duties: Weekly harvest and processing (beef, pork, lamb, seasonal poultry), carcass breakdown, sausage stuffing/deli preparation, and daily facility sanitation.
- Requirements: Experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate), honest, punctual, and comfortable working independently or with a small team.
