The Opportunity

We're hiring a Business Developer to own commercial accounts and grow our book of business across the GTA. You'll be closing deals from $10K to $50K — small to mid-size commercial and industrial properties — while building a portfolio of long-term clients who renew year after year.

This is a real closer role with a clear path to Senior BD ($118K OTE) and BD Manager ($168K OTE).

What You'll Do

- Run discovery calls and site visits with qualified commercial prospects across the GTA
- Build proposals, negotiate terms, and close Tier 1 deals ($10K–$50K)
- Self-source qualified appointments through outbound activity
- Manage a growing book of recurring clients with full ownership of retention
- Conduct in-person prospecting drop-ins at GTA properties




- Sell enhancement and one-time project work to existing accounts

What We're Looking For

- 2–4 years of B2B outbound sales experience with a demonstrated track record of closing
- Independent discovery and qualification skills
- Proposal-building and negotiation experience
- Comfortable conducting in-person prospecting visits
- HubSpot or equivalent CRM proficiency
- Self-driven, accountability-oriented, and disciplined
- Valid Ontario driver's license

Nice to Have

- Experience selling to property managers, facility managers, or industrial decision-makers
- Snow & ice, landscaping, facilities, or commercial services background
- Bilingual English/Spanish

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
