Mel's Enterprises Inc. is a locally owned business that values teamwork, reliability, and excellent customer service. As a Cashier, you will help keep the store and fuel pumps running smoothly, provide outstanding service to customers, and maintain a clean and safe environment.

This role requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, and be available for shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

- Dispense fuel at both full-service and self-service pumps in compliance with company safety procedures
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Operate the cash register and handle payments accurately
- Open and close the store as a key holder
- Keep the site clean, well-stocked, and organized




- Maintain outdoor displays and remove garbage regularly
- Assist with seasonal duties, including snow removal, parking lot sweeping, and grass cutting
- Support the day-to-day operations of the store and gas station

Qualifications

- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting, standing, bending)
- Team-oriented with a professional attitude
