Job Description:

- Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through financing and leasing options.
- Collaborate with the sales team to present tailored financial solutions.
- Secure approvals with financial institutions and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Offer and explain additional protection products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of transactions and adhere to company policies.
- Create an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation to vehicle delivery and beyond.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay up to date with the latest automotive, finance, and industry trends to effectively advise customers and address inquiries.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry or similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
- OMVIC certification.
- A professional attitude
- High energy with a history of success
- Organized and process-oriented
- Good computer skills
- Able to work within a collaborative environment
- Bilingualism is considered an asset
