Kane Millwork is looking to add a shop helper/laborer to our team.

Responsibilities

- Load and unload materials in shop and on job sites. MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 80lbs REGULARLY.
- Assist with material lay-up and sorting
- Work closely with shop foreman to maintain a clean and tidy shop space to promote a safe working environment.
- Support shipping & receiving processes by preparing shipments for dispatch and verifying incoming deliveries
- Work directly with delivery workers to ensure rapid and efficient deliveries.

Experience

- Hand and power tool experience is preferred
- Forklift certification is not required but is preferred.
- Experience working in a fast paced environment is a must
- Hands-on experience in shipping & receiving operations or load & unload activities




- Experience moving furniture is preferred
- Solid physical stamina to perform repetitive lifting and manual tasks throughout shifts

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
