Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution.
- Construct, install, and repair structures using carpentry skills, hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment.
- Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks with attention to detail for durable results.
- Execute siding installation and restoration work to enhance building aesthetics and integrity.
- Operate heavy machinery safely for lifting, excavation, or material transport as needed.
- Use welding techniques to join metal components when required by project specifications.




- Maintain a clean and organized work setting while adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Experience

- Proven construction experience with a strong background in carpentry, concrete finishing, or related trades.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions accurately.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, woodworking equipment, and heavy machinery.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Experience in restoration projects or siding installation is preferred but not mandatory.
- Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks consistently.
- Familiarity with welding techniques and heavy equipment operation is a plus.

Pay: $23.01-$39.80 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
