Empire Deck Collective is seeking a Rogers Representative to rescue St. John’s from slow internet and promote our telecom partners internist and wireless services. As an Authorized Rogers Representative, you will showcase Rogers’ top-notch services with a mix of sales savvy and Newfoundland charm. The Rogers Representative will also make sure every customer gets the connectivity they deserve, without the headaches.

As a Rogers Representative, you’ll boost sales for Rogers Ignite by meeting customers to optimize their home phone and internet services. The Rogers Representative will then drive sales by presenting the latest Ignite TV deals with a professional and elite customer experience. Your commitment to sales excellence ensures that every St. John’s customer is better connected than a group of locals at a Tim Hortons on a Sunday morning.

Responsibilities of the Rogers Representative

- Engage with customers in person and offer Rogers’ complete residential connectivity packages that cover Fiber internet, home phone, and TV services.
- Assemble enrollment materials,



comparison sheets, and onboarding guides that help senior staff maintain a smooth residential sales flow.
- Reconnect with newly engaged clients to confirm satisfaction, answer usage questions, and steer them toward Rogers upgrades that support additional sales.
- Capture client preferences and neighborhood insights to shape stronger sales strategies across the Avalon Peninsula.
- Introduce Rogers residential perks at community events, helping the sales team establish a polished, approachable presence.
- Clarify how Rogers Internet reliability, TV flexibility, and Home Phone clarity fit daily routines, reinforcing confident enrollment and future sales decisions.

Qualifications of the Rogers Representative

- Experience in sales or customer support is a plus.
- Keeps conversations friendly to encourage open sales dialogue.
- Maintains professionalism during in‑home and community outreach.
- Shows patience when helping customers compare service options.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
