In this role, you will be working with a team to ensure that buildings are well maintained and kept to a high level of cleanliness.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Maintaining the cleanliness of kitchenettes, common areas, lobbies and washrooms.

· Sanitize, spot clean as required.

·Sweep and mop all hard surface floor areas.

· Empty waste receptacles and restock dispensers as required (soap, tissue, hand towels, etc.)

*Extra hours are available on weekend.

· Complete special cleaning projects upon request.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs

· Self-motivated to work independently

· Positive attitude, valuable communicator, reliable

· Previous experience as a cleaner is an asset

· Criminal background check required





*A valid driver's license and vehicle is an asset.

BENEFITS:

Pay: From $17.25 per hour
