Duties
- Perform a variety of hair cuts and style to children
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide professional recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas and tools in accordance with health regulations
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalized service
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon setting
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs
- Haircut and fade for boys and haircut and style for girls
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a salon environment
- Effective communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
- Professional appearance with a friendly attitude and a team-oriented mindset
