TS BetterLiving Healthcare provides personal support and home care services to clients across Canada. We are growing and looking for a driven Client Services Coordinator to join our New Brunswick operations.
About the Role
The Client Services Coordinator will be working collaboratively with and reporting to the Regional Coordinator. The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of care operations in the New Brunswick region. This is a hands-on role that covers compliance, caregiver management, client relations, and operational problem-solving. You will work directly with caregivers, clients, families, and internal stakeholders to ensure quality care delivery and support the company's growth. You will be expected to visit clients, assess home environments and be available to respond quickly when issues arise.
Responsibilities:
- Manage caregiver-client relationships, including reassignments, conflict resolution, and follow-ups after difficult interactions
- Maintain care plans for personal support clients
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and documentation standards
- Conduct assessments to evaluate the care environment and client needs
- Communicate with clients' families regarding care updates, concerns, and conduct issues
- Respond to emails, calls, and urgent operational matters promptly
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems ( shared folders) to keep documentation accessible and up to date
- Manage scheduling and coordination across multiple caregivers and clients
- Track and report on key operational metrics as needed
Requirements
- Experience working in healthcare (home care, long-term care, community care, or hospital settings)
- Able to work evenings and weekends
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology, care planning, and compliance standards
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with difficult conversations, including conflict resolution between caregivers, clients, and families
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based file management ( Google Drive)
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel within New Brunswick for client visits, assessments, and supply pickups
Assets
- Fluency in French (spoken and written)
- Resides in Moncton or Fredericton Recent Brunswick(Preferred)
- Background as a PSW, social worker, or direct care provider
- Experience working with seniors, children, or vulnerable populations
