Streamline Fleet Services is looking for a dependable, hardworking Shop & Wash Bay Laborer to support our busy commercial truck and fleet repair shop. You'll play an important role in keeping our shop clean, organized, safe, and operating efficiently while ensuring customer vehicles are washed and ready for delivery. You job will be to support daily shop operations, cleaning and washing vehicles and equipment, equipment cleaning, yard organization, and general labor duties. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, works safely, and isn’t afraid of physical work. What You’ll Do
- Wash and clean trucks, equipment, and shop areas
- Assist technicians and shop staff as needed
- Maintain shop and yard cleanliness and organization
- Move equipment and materials safely
- Perform general labour and support tasks
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

Required Knowledge
- Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
- Local to Fort McMurray
- Class 5 Drivers License
- Acceptable Drivers Abstract
- Skid Steer or Loader training and/or experience would be considered an asset
Required Skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift to 50 lbs., ten (20) time per day.
- Ability to work outdoors
- Effective verbal, listening, reading and writing English communication skills
- Overtime required, as needed
- Team building skills
Working Conditions
- Construction and mechanic shop environment with frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions
