We're currently hiring for Sales Associate ( Full Time and Part Time) to join our team for our store located in North York and Etobicoke, ON

B) Jane & Finch

C) Yorkgate Mall

D) Lawrence Square Mall

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

- Ability to sell wireless products and plans and best describe them to the customer
- Assess customer needs with respect to the purchase of wireless products, billing inquiries, and equipment/technical challenges
- Ability to stay current with changes in offers/promotions, recent products, services and policies to maintain high level product knowledge and services
- Providing exceptional customer support to both current and prospective clients
- Handle requests, questions and any issues in a positive manner
- Process sales and enter refund of orders on a daily basis
- Receive and manage the inventory processes
- Review Sales reports on a daily basis





Any other duties as may be assigned by Management

- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree

Salary: per hour + Commissions + Bonuses and Incentives/Employee Discounts

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
