Career Opportunity

The TTC is embarking on a strategic transformation to modernize its technology landscape and enhance service delivery across the organization. As part of this transformation, we are implementing an organizational realignment and introducing a product service delivery model within the Information Technology Services (ITS) department to support the business capabilities of the TTC.

To support this evolution, we are excited to add this leadership opportunity for strategic and results-driven professionals to join us as a Manager Digital Products. This role will oversee and coordinate activities within the Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) portfolio ensuring operational goals are met efficiently and cost-effectively, while fostering a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.

What You Will Do?

Reporting to the Director – IT Business Solutions, the Manager, Digital Products provides strategic leadership, governance, lifecycle management, and delivery oversight for the FICO portfolio of digital products, services, and applications. Working closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders, you will define product vision, roadmaps, priorities, and desired business outcomes, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value and align with organizational goals.

Leading a team of product and delivery professionals, you will drive the evolution of business capabilities and supporting applications, balancing innovation, operational excellence, risk management, and long-term sustainability.

You will partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, understand challenges, and continuously enhance the products within your portfolio to meet evolving business needs. In doing so, you will develop business cases and provide resources, cost, timeline, and impact assessments to support informed decision-making and prioritization of product investments and enhancements.

Using an agile and value-driven approach, you will lead the planning and allocation of cross-functional resources to deliver product priorities while balancing business demand, operational stability, innovation, and technical debt.

Working collaboratively with business and technology partners, you will identify and address product performance gaps, customer needs, and strategic opportunities. You will also ensure products and services align with enterprise architecture, technology standards, security requirements, and compliance obligations.

You will monitor and report on product performance, customer satisfaction, and delivery outcomes,



measuring success against established roadmaps, objectives, and strategic goals. This includes managing product-related budgets, assessing value realization, and providing recommendations to support investment and portfolio decisions.

In addition, you will contribute to annual FICO portfolio planning activities, aligning product strategies with business priorities and technology roadmaps. You will evaluate team and product performance through key measures such as business value delivered, roadmap achievement, customer feedback, operational reliability, and service outcomes.

As required, you may also lead capital initiatives and major projects that have a significant impact on the products, services, and business capabilities within your portfolio.

What Qualifications Do You Bring?

- Successfully completed a post-secondary college diploma or university degree in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business—or possess an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

- Demonstrated experience of product and systems development, covering the full lifecycle from strategy and design through build, implementation, support, and continuous improvement.

- Experience includes working with a product-centric service delivery model, with proven ability to deliver business value through cross-functional collaboration, agile practices, and technology alignment. Relevant experience with financial systems on SAP S/4HANA, including core finance modules (GL, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling), as well as integration with SAP Concur for travel and expense management.

- Demonstrate sound judgment, strong organizational and analytical skills, and a proven ability to solve complex problems.

- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are well-developed, enabling you to effectively facilitate discussions and deliver impactful presentations.

- Proven leadership and people management skills – leading high performing teams that improve service outcomes while developing and retaining staff.

- Progressive, senior-level experience in management roles, with a successful track record across all phases of the product and systems development life cycle. This experience has equipped you to lead teams, manage resources, and deliver results in a diverse information systems environment.

- Possess or can rapidly acquire comprehensive knowledge of the Ontario Human Rights Code and Related Orders, including requirements for disability accommodation and accessibility for both employees and passengers.
