We are a small, ISO-certified metal fabrication facility specializing in precision sheet metal and plate fabrication. Our focus is on high-quality production, strict ISO compliance, safety, and on-time delivery.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee a team of 7-14 operators. This role is critical for ensuring consistent quality, rigorous batch/lot testing, exact machine setup, and meticulous ISO-compliant documentation, while maintaining a strong health & safety culture. The ideal candidate is a skilled leader, technically proficient, safety-focused, and highly organized, with the ability to read technical drawings, apply specifications and tolerances, and CAD/TurboCAD experience is a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily production across punch presses (150-ton), brake presses (120 & 80-ton), MIG/TIG welding, shears, drill presses, saws, and iron workers.
- Set up and optimize equipment to ensure efficient, accurate production—excellent machine setup knowledge is a must.
- Schedule production, manage workflow, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Perform machine maintenance as required to minimize downtime and maintain equipment performance.
- Jump in to assist operators when needed to maintain production flow.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tolerances,



ensuring production meets design requirements.
- Collaborate with design/engineering or CAD teams; CAD/TurboCAD experience is a strong asset.
- Oversee batch/lot testing and maintain ISO-compliant documentation for production, quality, and health & safety.
- Manage, train, and evaluate operators; responsible for hiring and terminations.
- Maintain a zero-incident health & safety culture, enforce policies, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience supervising ISO-certified metal fabrication operations.
- Strong knowledge of production equipment, batch/lot testing, and machine setup.
- Ability to read technical drawings and apply specifications/tolerances.
- CAD/TurboCAD experience is a strong asset.
- Current CPR certification (prederred)
- Current tow motor (forklift) license (preferred)
- Current overhead crane and hoisting certificate (preferred)
- Exceptional documentation skills—ISO and safety record-keeping is critical.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Must be hands-on, willing to assist operators, manage scheduling, production, and machine maintenance.

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
