Opportunity: Mulcher Operator

Schedule: Multiple Shift Options

Job Location: Various Oil Sands Sites (Suncor, Syncrude, CNOOC, and CNRL) – Fort McMurray, AB

Accommodations: Camp Available

Responsibilities

- Operate mulching machinery safely and efficiently to explicit brush, trees, and other vegetation on various sites
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Follow project plans and safety protocols to meet environmental and site-specific requirements
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate land clearing activities and meet project deadlines
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, equipment usage, and safety checks
- Identify potential hazards or mechanical issues early and report them promptly for resolution
- Support site preparation activities related to irrigation, landscaping, or construction projects as needed

Skills





- Proven experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators or mulchers in outdoor environments
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction and environmental work
- Ability to work in diverse weather conditions and rugged terrains with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
