The Resource Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for individuals and families seeking supports. This role is responsible for assessing client needs, identifying appropriate internal and external resources, and facilitating connections to essential services. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, organized professional dedicate to empowering vulnerable populations and navigating complex social services systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- client intake and assessments

- resource navigations

- referral managements

- advocacy and collaboration

Qualifications: Diploma in Social Services, Human Services, Sociology or a related field.

Experience : 1 year plus in social services, case management or community outreach, particularly with vulnerable or marginalized populations.

Skills: strong understanding of local services networks and systems.

excellent active listening skills, empathy and de-escalation skills.

high level of cultural competency and ability to work with diverse demographics.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
