Securiguard Services is seeking an experienced Security Site Supervisor to lead a team of Security Professionals on a temporary full-time assignment in Dawson Creek.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, ensuring site requirements are met, and maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support security personnel
- Ensure all site procedures and standards are followed
- Review daily reports and site documentation
- Respond to incidents and operational concerns
- Assist with scheduling and maintaining shift coverage
- Conduct site inspections and audits
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to staff
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with client representatives and stakeholders
- Ensure all security operations are conducted safely and professionally
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in security preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Professional report-writing skills
- Ability to effectively manage people and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong attendance record and commitment to professionalism
- Must be able to pass a criminal record check
