Duties

- Assist in supervising daily store operations, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service.
- Support merchandising efforts by organizing product displays, pricing items accurately, and managing stock levels to optimize sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and resolving issues promptly.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions including cash handling, credit card processing, and returns with accuracy and professionalism.
- Participate in recruiting, training, and developing team members to foster a motivated and knowledgeable staff.
- Manage inventory purchasing, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Oversee cashiering duties, including balancing registers,



preparing bank deposits, and maintaining accurate bookkeeping records.
- Assist with marketing initiatives by promoting sales events and store promotions to enhance customer engagement.
- Support store management with budgeting tasks, sales analysis, and organizational planning to meet business objectives.
- Lead by example in demonstrating strong communication skills, phone etiquette, time management, and organizational skills to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Experience

- Proven experience within retail sales or grocery environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency in ordering, receiving, merchandising, and store management practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
