Job Overview

We are seeking an motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage a dedicated team, and ensure the seamless flow of goods within our supply chain. Responsibilities

- Supervise daily warehouse activities including order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving to meet operational targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive work environment focused on continuous improvement, and assign work to shippers/receivers.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage inventory levels using ERP systems such as NetSuite and assist with physical inventory control & count.
- Oversee the use of warehouse management systems to track shipments, stock levels, and order accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including proper heavy lifting techniques and forklift operation protocols.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline workflows within the warehouse distribution network.
- Manage scheduling, time management, and resource allocation to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve issues related to order fulfillment and delivery timelines.




- Maintain accurate documentation for shipments, inventory adjustments, and safety records using Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Support purchasing activities and coordinate with 3PL providers for third-party logistics services.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.

Skills

- Strong leadership skills with proven experience supervising warehouse teams in manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as ERP systems such as NetSuite.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes including order picking, packaging, shipping, and e-commerce fulfillment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and warehouse distribution best practices.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely and have forklift certificate.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, vendors, and other departments.
- Experience with 3PL providers and understanding of heavy lifting requirements in a logistics setting.
