- Assist with cutting, fitting, and assembling piping systems using hand tools and power tools
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation
- Support welding activities under supervision
- Participate in rigging operations for lifting and positioning heavy pipes and equipment safely
- Use calipers and basic math skills to measure materials accurately for precise fitting
Qualifications
- Trades Apprenticeship Card indicating you are enrolled in school.
- Solid interest in learning pipefitting
- Ability to work safely with hand tools, power tools, and rigging equipment
- Basic understanding of math principles relevant to measurement and system layout
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions carefully
- Prior experience in manufacturing or construction environments.
