True North Hospitality is seeking Food & Beverage Runners to join our Premium Services team.

Our team members play an essential role in delivering an elevated premium guest experience. The Food & Beverage Runner works closely with our servers and bartenders to support seamless food and beverage service for our premium suite guests.

- Provide exceptional, personalized service to Premium Guests and Season Ticket Members in a fast-paced event environment.
- Maintain a polished, professional presence with a strong focus on presentation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Receive, assemble, and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently to designated Premium Guest areas.
- Assist with pre-event setup to ensure Premium Guest areas are clean, organized, fully stocked, and ready for service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout each event.
- Complete post-event and closing responsibilities, including the timely return of dishware and service items.
- Monitor and verify inventory before and after each shift, ensuring accurate inventory control.
- Follow all established food safety, equipment, workplace safety, and responsible service procedures.
- Communicate professionally and proactively with Premium Services team members and leadership.
- Promptly communicate guest concerns, service issues, and operational needs to the appropriate supervisor.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a seamless, elevated experience for every Premium Guest.
- Support additional operational and event-related needs as directed by Premium Services leadership.

What we need from you:

- Previous serving, hospitality, or customer service experience is considered an asset.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.




- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to elevated service standards.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive and professional relationships with guests, clients, and colleagues.
- Confidence and professionalism when addressing and resolving guest concerns.
- A collaborative approach and strong ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.
- Flexibility and availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and event-based schedules.
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 20+ lbs.
- Current Smart Choices Certification is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with POS systems and digital registers is considered an asset.
