Join our dynamic team as an HI BOWL Inventory Clerk, where you'll play a vital role in managing and optimizing inventory processes within our warehouse and distribution network. This energetic position offers the opportunity to leverage data analytics, demand planning, and supply chain expertise to ensure seamless order fulfillment and materials management. HI BOWL Malatang is looking for a hardworking and dedicated Inventory Clerk to help manage our restaurant inventory and storage operations. In this role, you will track stock levels, receive incoming shipments, and keep our storage areas clean and organized. Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and log incoming food items, packaging, and restaurant supplies.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and update stock records accurately.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse and storage areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Report low stock levels, damaged goods, or discrepancies to management.
- Assist with moving heavy supplies and organizing stock rotation (FIFO method).

Requirements or Job Experience

- Prior warehouse or inventory management experiences would be an asset, preferably within the restaurant or food service industry.




- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferable for communication with team members and suppliers.
- Adaptable schedule with the ability to work evening shifts and weekends as operational needs require.
- Strong work ethic, reliable, and dedicated to maintaining high standards of organization.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy boxes (up to 44 lbs / 20 kg) and stand for extended periods.
