Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage services to clients, helping them relax, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. Responsibilities

- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, or other therapeutic techniques.
- Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop personalized massage plans.
- Maintain a clean, secure, and comfortable environment for clients before, during, and after sessions.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and monitor client progress over time.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or referrals if necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation procedures.




- Build strong relationships with clients through attentive listening and excellent customer service.

Requirements

- Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by state regulations.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to health conditions and treatment plans is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients.
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatment procedures clearly and listen attentively to client needs.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a welcoming demeanor at all times.
- Prior experience in massage therapy is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for new graduates.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed, to accommodate client schedules.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $85.00-$100.00 per hour
