Job Summary

King Realty Co. is looking for a creative, quick-moving Content Creator & Podcast Editor to join our in-house marketing team.

This is a hands-on content production role focused on creating engaging social media content for the brokerage, its leadership, agents, listings, events and podcast.

You will be responsible for helping take content from idea → filming → editing → finished content, with a strong focus on short-form video and podcast production.

We're looking for someone who understands what performs on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube and can create content that feels current, polished and native to each platform.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation

- Film and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Capture content around the brokerage office, listings, events, agent activities and behind-the-scenes moments
- Turn ideas and trends into timely, engaging content
- Assist with planning content concepts, hooks, scripts and shot lists
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips
- Maintain organized photo, video and content libraries
- Help maintain a consistent visual identity across brokerage content
- Stay current on social media trends, formats, editing styles and platform changes

Podcast Production & Editing

- Assist with filming and producing our in-house podcast
- Set up cameras, microphones, lighting and recording equipment
- Edit full podcast episodes for YouTube and podcast platforms
- Clean and balance audio and video




- Create engaging podcast intros, outros and graphics
- Identify strong moments from each episode and turn them into short-form clips
- Create teasers and promotional content for upcoming episodes
- Organize and manage podcast footage and production files
- Help maintain a consistent publishing schedule

Brokerage & Social Media Content

- Capture listing tours, agent content, office events and brokerage initiatives
- Assist agents with creating social media content when required
- Support launches, campaigns and special projects
- Help coordinate and execute scheduled content days
- Assist with posting and scheduling content across social platforms
- Work closely with brokerage leadership to turn business activities into compelling content

What We're Looking For

- Strong video editing skills
- Experience creating short-form social media content
- Experience editing podcasts or long-form video
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube
- Comfortable filming with professional cameras and smartphones
- Understanding of lighting, audio and basic production equipment
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, hooks and retention
- Able to identify moments that can become strong social clips




- Creative, organized and able to work quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change
- Able to take direction while also bringing your own ideas to the table
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working on camera or directing people on camera when necessary

Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software is an asset.

Experience in real estate is not required. We're more interested in finding someone who understands content, culture and storytelling and can learn the business.

Who We're Looking For

We're not looking for someone who simply posts content that's handed to them.

We're looking for someone who sees content everywhere.

You should be the person who notices a conversation happening in the office and thinks, “That should be a Reel.” You can film a podcast episode, find the best 30 seconds, turn it into a strong short-form clip and understand why someone would stop scrolling to watch it.

Application Requirements

Please include a portfolio or examples of previous work with your application. Applications without examples of video editing or content creation work may not be considered.

Pay: $17.60-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
