Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Working Supervisor to oversee operations across our accounts in Metro Vancouver area from Langley, Surrey to Vancouver. This role is a hybrid of quality control, team leadership, and hands-on support. You will ensure our commercial clients receive top-tier service by inspecting completed jobs, managing equipment, and jumping in to clean alongside the team when projects require extra support.

- Hourly Rate: $25.00 / hour to start.
- Growth: Part-time to start with potential to scale into full-time hours based on performance.
- Service Locations & Travel:
- You must be willing and able to commute between client sites across the following regions:
- Langley, Surrey, Burnaby, Coquitlam, and Vancouver.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Checks: Conduct thorough visual inspections of commercial job sites to ensure cleaning standards meet company expectations.
- Supplies & Equipment Management: Monitor inventory levels at accounts, distribute cleaning supplies,



and ensure commercial machinery remains functional and well-maintained.
- Hands-on Cleaning: Actively assist with cleaning projects, deep cleans, or fill in for team members during staffing gaps to ensure deadlines are met.
- Team Communication: Act as the primary bridge between on-site cleaners and upper management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Language: Must speak, read, and write proficient English to communicate effectively with clients, management, and staff.
- Transportation: Must possess a reliable personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record to travel between various commercial locations.
- Availability: Must have flexible availability for evenings and weekends, as well as availability for at least one weekday daytime shift.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 20.0 per week
