Kelly Ford is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team. The Parts Advisor plays an important role in supporting our Service Department, technicians, and retail customers by identifying, sourcing, and supplying the correct parts in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers, technicians, and service advisors with parts inquiries and purchases.
- Identify and source the correct parts using Ford parts catalogues and dealership systems.
- Prepare parts orders and ensure parts are available when required.
- Provide accurate pricing and availability information.
- Process parts invoices, returns, credits, and warranty-related parts as required.
- Maintain organized parts inventory and assist with regular inventory counts.
- Coordinate with the Service Department to ensure technicians have the parts they need.
- Receive, inspect, label, and properly store incoming parts.
- Communicate with Ford and other parts suppliers regarding availability, pricing, and orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts department.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times.
- Follow dealership policies, manufacturer procedures, and workplace safety requirements.

What We’re Looking For





- Previous automotive parts or dealership experience is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
- Ford experience or familiarity with Ford parts catalogues is considered an asset.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using computers and dealership management systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
- A valid driver's licence.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with a positive attitude.
