Job Description:
We are hiring general laborer's for outdoor contract work. No prior experience required — full training provided on site. This is physically demanding work suited to someone who is reliable, punctual, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Duties Include:

- Digging holes (approx. 3ft x 3ft) using hand shovels
- Lifting and carrying materials up to 60 lbs
- General labour and site support tasks
- Working outdoors for the full shift duration

Requirements:

- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour for a full 8-hour shift
- Comfortable with repetitive digging and heavy lifting
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job site
- No experience necessary — willing to train
