- Assist with framing, insulation, trim, doors, and other trailer components
- Assemble and install commercial kitchen equipment, fixtures, shelving, and hardware
- Use hand and power tools for cutting, drilling, fastening, grinding, and general fabrication
- Assist with plumbing, gas piping, electrical, HVAC, and ventilation installations alongside qualified trades
- Assist with minor fabrication and welding where experience permits
- Complete painting, caulking, sealing, finishing, and general construction tasks
- Assist other trades and team members throughout the build process

2) Fleet Service & Maintenance

Mobile Kitchens Canada operates a fleet of commercial kitchen trailers throughout Canada and the United States. Between rentals, units return to our Inverary facility for inspection, service, repair, and preparation.

You will assist with:

- Inspecting the overall condition of trailers and installed equipment
- Checking tires, brakes, bearings, lights, doors, roofs, and other trailer components
- Testing commercial kitchen equipment and basic plumbing and electrical components
- Troubleshooting and assisting with equipment repairs
- Completing minor mechanical and general maintenance repairs
- Replacing worn or damaged components

- Preparing trailers and equipment for upcoming customer rentals

3) Fleet Cleaning & Preparation

Maintaining a clean, professional rental fleet is an important part of the position. Duties will also include:

- Cleaning and detailing commercial kitchen trailers and equipment
- Degreasing and deep cleaning cooking equipment, preparation areas, sinks, walls, and floors
