Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Service Appointment Coordinator to join our dynamic team! In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for customers scheduling service appointments, ensuring a smooth and effective process from start to finish. Duties

- Manage incoming customer calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Schedule service appointments accurately using our data entry systems, ensuring all customer details are correctly recorded
- Provide detailed information about available services, upselling additional offerings when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and gather feedback post-service to improve overall experience
- Assist customers in multiple languages, primarily English and Spanish, to ensure clear understanding and effective communication




- Analyze appointment trends and customer inquiries to identify opportunities for process improvements or additional sales
- Maintain organized records of all appointments, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in compliance with company policies

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within a service or retail environment
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer needs and sales opportunities effectively
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques to maximize service value for customers
- Knowledge of phone etiquette best practices and ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
- Ability to multitask seamlessly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
