We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to perform skilled cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and office spaces. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is punctual, and maintains high cleaning standards in residential and commercial environments.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, window washing, and surface disinfecting
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are sanitized and in good working condition
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns professionally and courteously
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated learners
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting
- Communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
