Nanua & Ioffe Lawyers is a reputable firm with over 30 years of combined experience. We're currently seeking a skilled Accident Benefits Law Clerk to join our dynamic team.

Experience: 1+ years

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the general management of files, including proficient handling of Accident Perks from initiation to resolution.
- Manage productions and undertakings.
- Draft LAT (License Appeal Tribunal) applications and navigate LAT proceedings with confidence.
- Respond to routine correspondence promptly and initiate follow-up actions as necessary.
- Effectively manage due dates, limitation periods, and time-sensitive documents.
- Liaise professionally with clients, insurers, counsel, and service providers throughout the file.
- Recognize files suitable for settlement discussions and prepare necessary documentation accordingly.
- Prepare all required closing documents for completed files.

Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience in personal injury law preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced workplace running 100+ files.




- Extensive knowledge of the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS).
- Proficiency in drafting various legal documents and correspondence.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Salary: TBD depending on experience
