We are looking for a Full-time Security Supervisor to help support our business. We are ideally looking for team-oriented, motivated and professional individuals who can provide the best service to our Clients and be a positive representative for our rapidly growing company.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible in overseeing the entire Security Team.
- Scheduling.
- Evaluates and documents employees performance and provides feedback to LK Management.
- Reports directly to Client/LK Management.
- Perform Health & Safety Audits and report any issues to Client/LK Management.
- Perform daily audits to ensure Guards and Supervisors are doing their assignments correctly.
- Ensure all security staff are fully capable of handling an emergency evacuation plan.
Requirements:
- Must be mobile.
- Must be flexible.
- At least 2 years experience.
