About TAC Aquatics

TAC Aquatics, a member of the TAC Sports Group, delivers high-quality swim instruction focused on skill development, confidence, and safety for children aged 3.5–16. Our programs follow nationally recognized standards and provide a supportive, fun, and growth-focused learning workplace.

Responsibilities

- Deliver safe,



engaging swim lessons using Lifesaving Society programs
- Teach and demonstrate swimming skills and techniques
- Provide clear feedback and corrections to support swimmer development
- Maintain a fun, positive, and inclusive learning environment
- Communicate professionally with swimmers, families, and staff

Qualifications

- Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor Certification
- National Lifeguard Certification
- Bronze CrossCPO (Certified Pool Operator)
- Knowledge of Swim for Life and Canadian Swim Patrol programs
- Lifesaving Instructor or Examiner
- Emergency or Standard First Aid Instructor
- Instructor Trainer
