About OmniRight Services
OmniRight Services is a client-focused professional services company committed to building strong, long-term business relationships through reliable service, clear communication, and practical solutions.
We believe good client management is about more than responding to requests. It requires understanding how a client's business operates, identifying what matters to them, setting realistic expectations, coordinating effectively with internal teams, and following through on commitments.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Manager to join our Vancouver team. This is a hands-on client leadership role for someone who is comfortable managing important business relationships while also taking responsibility for the day-to-day details that keep accounts running effectively.
The successful candidate will be organized, commercially aware, approachable, and confident communicating with both senior stakeholders and operational teams.
The Role
As Senior Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of established and developing client accounts. You will act as a primary point of contact for your assigned clients and work closely with internal teams to ensure services are delivered professionally, accurately, and in line with agreed expectations.
This is not a purely sales-focused position. While identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow client relationships is part of the role, your primary responsibility will be client retention, service quality, relationship management, issue resolution, and effective account coordination.
You will be expected to understand your clients' priorities, communicate openly when challenges arise, and make sure agreed actions are followed through.
The role requires someone who can balance multiple accounts and competing priorities without losing attention to detail. Some weeks will involve scheduled reviews, planning, and account development; others may require you to respond quickly to an unexpected client concern or coordinate several internal stakeholders to resolve an issue.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of client accounts and serving as a trusted day-to-day and senior-level contact.
- Developing a detailed understanding of each client's business, objectives, service requirements, key stakeholders, and expectations.
- Building professional, long-term relationships through regular communication, dependable follow-through, and transparent account management.
- Leading client meetings, service reviews, account planning discussions, and other scheduled business reviews.
- Preparing meeting agendas, account updates, reports, presentations, and follow-up documentation where required.
- Coordinating with internal operational and service teams to ensure client requirements are understood and appropriately delivered.
- Monitoring service performance and following up on outstanding actions, commitments, and client requests.
- Taking ownership of client concerns and escalations, coordinating appropriate internal resources and keeping clients informed until a resolution is reached.
- Identifying recurring service issues or areas of client dissatisfaction and working with relevant teams to address underlying causes.
- Maintaining accurate client records, account notes, contact information, actions, and other relevant information within company systems.
- Supporting client onboarding and transition activities for new or expanded accounts.
- Identifying reasonable opportunities to expand existing relationships where additional OmniRight services would provide genuine value to the client.
- Supporting contract renewals, account retention activities, and commercial discussions within the responsibilities of the role.
- Monitoring account health and identifying potential retention risks before they become significant problems.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments rather than operating accounts in isolation.
- Providing management with accurate updates regarding account performance, client feedback, risks, opportunities, and upcoming priorities.
- Supporting improvements to client management processes, reporting, documentation, and service standards.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with meaningful experience managing business-to-business client relationships. You should be comfortable taking ownership of accounts and communicating with clients independently while knowing when an issue requires support or escalation.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Approximately 5 or more years of professional experience in client management, account management, customer success, professional services, business services, or a comparable client-facing environment.
- Previous experience managing multiple business client accounts or stakeholder relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience leading client meetings and communicating with stakeholders at different levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client concerns and difficult conversations professionally.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize work when several clients or deadlines require attention at the same time.
- Good judgment and the ability to make practical decisions within established responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing commitments, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Comfortable working with standard business software, including email, spreadsheets, presentations, video conferencing, and CRM or client-management systems.
- Ability to work legally in Canada.
A post-secondary qualification in business, communications, management, or a related discipline may be helpful, but equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
What Success Looks Like
We want expectations for this position to be clear from the beginning.
During your first several months, you will be expected to learn OmniRight's services, internal processes, client portfolio, and ways of working. You will gradually assume responsibility for assigned accounts rather than being expected to know every aspect of the business immediately.
As you become established in the role, success will generally mean:
- Clients know who to contact and receive timely, professional communication.
- Commitments made to clients are documented, tracked, and followed through.
- Client concerns are addressed constructively rather than being allowed to remain unresolved.
- Internal teams receive clear and accurate information about client requirements.
- Account risks are identified early and communicated appropriately.
- Client meetings and reviews are prepared for and result in clear actions.
- Client records and account information remain current and useful.
- Relationships are retained and strengthened through consistent service rather than unnecessary promises.
- Appropriate opportunities for account development are identified without compromising the quality of the client relationship.
Performance expectations and account priorities will be discussed with your manager and adjusted appropriately based on the size, complexity, and maturity of the accounts you manage.
The Working Environment
This is a professional role with meaningful responsibility and regular interaction with clients and colleagues.
Most work will take place during normal weekday business hours. There may occasionally be situations where an important client matter requires attention outside the usual schedule,
but routine after-hours availability is not intended to be a standard expectation of the position.
The role may involve a combination of scheduled meetings, client calls, account administration, internal coordination, reporting, and problem-solving throughout the working day.
Depending on client requirements, occasional local or regional travel may also be required. Any material travel expectations will be discussed during the recruitment process.
OmniRight Services offers a competitive total compensation package designed to support employees in building a sustainable long-term career with the company.
Perks may include:
- Extended health and dental benefits.
- Paid vacation and statutory holidays.
- Paid sick/personal days in accordance with company policy and applicable legislation.
- Professional development and job-related training opportunities.
- Company-supported technology and equipment required for the position.
- Regular performance and development discussions.
- Opportunities to take on broader client and leadership responsibilities as the company grows.
Specific benefit eligibility, coverage, and applicable waiting periods will be explained during the recruitment process and confirmed in the successful candidate's employment documentation.
Why Join OmniRight Services?
Senior client management can sometimes become overly focused on targets, reporting, or putting out fires. At OmniRight Services, we want our client managers to have the space and accountability to manage relationships properly.
That means being responsive without making unrealistic promises, being commercially aware without treating every client conversation as a sales opportunity, and being prepared to address problems directly when something is not working.
You will be joining a team where your ability to build trust, exercise sound judgment, communicate clearly, and keep people aligned will be valued.
For someone who enjoys taking ownership of client relationships and seeing an account develop over time, this position offers the opportunity to have a meaningful influence on both client experience and the continued development of our client services function.
Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process is intended to be straightforward and respectful of candidates' time.
Shortlisted applicants can expect an initial conversation regarding their experience and interest in the position, followed by a more detailed interview focused on client-management experience, working style, and practical scenarios relevant to the role.
Depending on the stage of the process, candidates may also meet additional members of the OmniRight Services team.
We will communicate any additional assessment requirements in advance. Candidates will not be asked to perform unpaid productive work for OmniRight Services as part of the interview process.
Equal Opportunity
OmniRight Services is committed to providing an inclusive and respectful workplace. Employment decisions are based on the requirements of the position, relevant qualifications, experience, and demonstrated ability.
We welcome applications from qualified candidates and provide reasonable accommodation during the recruitment process in accordance with applicable British Columbia human rights and accessibility requirements. Candidates who require accommodation may make a request during the recruitment process.
How to Apply
Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your relevant client or account management experience.
You do not need to meet every preferred qualification to apply. If your experience demonstrates strong client-management capability, professional judgment, and the ability to manage complex business relationships, we encourage you to submit an application.
Please ensure that the information provided in your application accurately reflects your experience and qualifications.
