THE ROLE

This is not a reception job. You are the first person a patient meets and the constant through their entire journey, from the first phone call, through consultation, to the day they walk out after surgery. You will guide patients through treatment options, coordinate their bookings, and recommend the skincare and cosmetic products that protect their results.

If you have sold cosmetics, skincare, or beauty services and genuinely enjoy the consultative side of it, reading what someone actually wants, building trust, and closing without pressure, this role gives you a clinical environment to do that at a higher level, with commission on every product you sell.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own the patient's first impression: greet, check in, and manage the front of house with warmth and polish
- Answer inbound calls and inquiries and convert them into booked consultations
- Guide patients through their cosmetic and surgical journey: explain the process, set expectations, coordinate pre-op and post-op appointments, and follow up
- Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare and cosmetic products matched to each patient's treatment plan and skin goals
- Manage scheduling across providers, handle rescheduling and waitlists, and keep the schedule full
- Process payments, prepare quotes, and manage patient financing conversations




- Maintain accurate patient records and follow all confidentiality and privacy requirements
- Support the clinical team so consultation and surgical days run on time

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - REQUIRED

- 2+ years in a client-facing sales or service role: cosmetics, skincare, beauty retail, spa, med spa, hospitality, or luxury retail
- A demonstrated track record of hitting sales or retail targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable and confident on the phone
- Strong organization and the ability to hold multiple threads at once without dropping any
- Discretion and professionalism with sensitive, personal, and confidential information
- Comfortable with scheduling software, POS, and general computer systems

PREFERRED

- Experience selling medical-grade skincare (Vivier, ZO Skin Health, SkinCeuticals, or similar)
- Prior experience in a medical, surgical, dental, or med spa front office
- Familiarity with injectables, laser, and facial surgery terminology
- Experience with patient financing or treatment package sales

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE





- Base salary: $40,000 to $55,000 per year, based on experience
- Commission on retail product sales, uncapped, paid on every cosmetic and skincare product you sell
- Full time, Monday to Friday with some Saturdays
- Paid training on our treatments, product lines, and consultative sales approach
- Employee pricing on treatments and products
- Growth path into Patient Care Coordinator and senior clinic roles across our five Winnipeg locations
