We are looking for a friendly, organized, and highly communicative individual to join our team in a telemarketing and retail support role.

As a small business, our team members may occasionally be asked to take on additional responsibilities and help with other office tasks as needed. We're looking for someone who is flexible, willing to pitch in, and comfortable wearing different hats when required.

This is not a traditional sales position. You will not be responsible for selling products or closing deals. Instead, your primary responsibility will be to contact existing customers and retail store locations to gather accurate information about product inventory, stock levels, displays, and overall product health at the store level.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys speaking with people, is comfortable making a high volume of calls, and can accurately record and organize information.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing customers and retail stores, communicating professionally with store employees and managers
- Collect information regarding product stock levels, inventory availability, displays, and product condition
- Ask questions and accurately document responses
- Follow established scripts, procedures, and data-collection processes
- Enter and maintain accurate information in spreadsheets and CRM systems
- Follow up with stores when additional information is required
- Identify potential inventory or merchandising issues and communicate them to the appropriate team
- Maintain organized records of calls and store information
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and merchandising teams
- Complete daily call and reporting requirements
- Assist with other general office and administrative tasks as needed

- Previous customer service experience
- Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM
- Experience using Aircall or other cloud-based phone systems
- Experience working with retail stores or retail inventory
- Experience with data collection or merchandising

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
